    I normally do not write to companies unless I have a compliant but your company and Capsule have done such a wonderful job that I just wanted to let you know.  I recently had a change in my family where I now make a large number of in state calls that are not local and not long distance.  I was paying Bell Atlantic between 12 and 22 cents a minute and had phone bills that were $ 70 to $100 a month and that didn't include long distance.  Before I signed a year contract for a regional calling plan from Bell Atlantic I was looking on the internet for other options.
    I guess that was my lucky day because I found your site and signed up.  The sign up was easy and my phone bill was cut by 60% the first month.  I am so happy with the service that I now have my local dial tone and 2 wireless phones from Callforcharity and my bill for all of that is only $60-$75 a month.  It's just incredible and also a shame to see how many other people are getting ripped off by the big phone companies.

Hi,
I am new with CallforCharity.com and Capsule but I think your service is great.  My son brought home a flyer with some information and said we should sign up to help his team.  I looked at it and was very skeptical because I know first hand of the rip offs in the telephone business. 

A relative of ours thought he was signing up for a raffle to win a free trip and found out that he also sign a contract for 2 years to have phone service with a fly by night internet phone service reseller.  It was a nightmare and cost him a lot of time, aggravation and money.  It turned out that this was a big Multi-Level Marketing scam (MLM) and the site he found was selling everything under the sun from telephone service from a dozen different companies to computers and satellite dishes.  None of the phone numbers worked and none of the email addresses were legit.  The only thing that was legit was the bills, the collectors and the damage to his credit report. (Be careful with the flashy to good to be true ads on the net)

Well none of this is true with your company, I have meet your rep at a local school event and I get all my questions answered right away by your company or Capsule.  I feel confident now in this fundraiser and tell other parents to sign up, help the team and save money.

Dear Sir,
     As an older single woman on a fixed income I need to save money every way I can.  My phone bill was going up every month and I had to decide to start talking less to my children and grandchildren because I just couldn't afford it.  I still work (to keep my prescription benefits-don't get me started with that) and was looking at lunch on the internet for information on Arthritis.  I have arthritis and I am always looking for more treatment information. 
     I saw your site and thought that this was a good solution.  I could save some money and also have some money go to the National Arthritis Foundation.  I signed up and have had no problems and now I even have my local service with you.  I can't believe it, I thought it wouldn't sound as good or wouldn't work sometimes and none of that is true.  I didn't even know it was changed until the bill came and it was $28 dollars less then it usually was.
     I was also impressed with the service from Capsule, I had never used a calling card and had trouble getting it to work.  The customer service woman at Capsule was so helpful and understanding and sounded like she really wanted my business, what a pleasant change.
     I also did hear from ATT and Verizon now that I changed phone companies they said they could lower my rates (not as low as yours though).   I asked "...why wouldn't you do this when I called 6 months ago and asked…" and they said it's their policy only to offer these rates to get people to switch back.  So if I didn't switch they would still be charging me an arm and a leg.  I did notice that my rates did change with Capsule and I called them and they said that Callforcharity requested that my rates be lowered under a new rate structure. 

     Thank you, you've made me not worry any more about how long and how often I call my grandchildren and family and that feeling is just wonderful.
